Talent Acquisition Partner
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process and driving talent acquisition strategies to fulfil the business hiring needs. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source and attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand organisational needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment to onboarding process.
• Work closely with the operations team to understand their staffing needs, provide insights into the talent landscape, and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage with highly skilled professionals.
• Conduct detailed technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, expertise, and suitability for specific roles within the operations teams.
• Support hiring managers to develop/formulate job descriptions and interview questions as needed.
• Continuously build a talent pipeline of potentials; proactively sourcing for high-quality candidates and building relationships with talent for future opportunities.
• Support initiatives to enhance Eeze’s employer brand, making it an employer of choice in the iGaming sector.
• Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to advise on talent acquisition strategies and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Support initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation, ensuring a fair and inclusive hiring process.
• Establish and track key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and talent acquisition strategies within the operations iGaming industries.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner within operations, ideally in the iGaming or technology industry.
• Preferred communication and language skills that covers that Asian/Malaysian market (such as Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese).
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
• Computer literate – Office 365 all applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems
• Strong organizational ability.
• Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• International travel maybe required.
