Product Owner - Live Casino
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back Office Product Owner to join our dynamic Live Casino team. This role is critical in shaping the back-office systems that support the smooth operation, configuration, and reporting of our Live Casino platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system configuration, data-driven reporting, and stakeholder management, ensuring our back-office tools empower internal teams and external partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Live Casino back-office systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the development and enhancement of configuration tools, ensuring seamless and efficient game and platform setup.
• Define and optimize reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights for operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, compliance, and customer support, to improve system usability and efficiency.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to enhance the back-office platform.
• Work with engineering teams to define clear technical requirements and oversee implementation.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance reporting requirements are met through efficient system capabilities.
• Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business units, translating technical capabilities into business value.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on back-office systems in the Live Casino, iGaming, or Betting industry.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, permissions management, and workflow automation.
• Experience in data reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, aligning diverse teams and driving product adoption.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the iGaming industry.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable steps.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of CRM and user management systems in an iGaming environment.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, and database structures is a plus.
