- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from designers, engineers, or project stakeholders.
- Perform structural analysis to determine the strength, stability, and integrity of designs by using industry-standard software and tools to model and test structural designs.
- Provide technical feedback as needed to studio designers to ensure designs are structurally sound, functional, and feasible.
- Identify potential issues (e.g., load-bearing concerns, structural consistency, space utilization problems), address and resolve any engineering challenges or potential conflicts between design and structural constraints and suggest practical solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction to ensure that the work is progressing as planned and adhering to both design and technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical drawings, modifications, and inspections.
- Act as a bridge between studio designers, technical teams, and external parties, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between all parties.
- Prepare reports as needed for senior management, contractors, and stakeholders, summarizing technical considerations and design implications.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in structural design/engineering, architectural drafting, or a related field with a focus on technical aspects of design and construction.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit), and 3D modelling tools. Additional certifications or training in CAD software is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of structural principles, and construction techniques and FF&E (Furniture, Fixture & Equipment) specifications.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and their structural and aesthetic properties.
- Experience in Gaming industry and familiarity with studio setups and environments is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise reporting and liaising between different teams. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., designers, clients).
- Strong ability to identify potential issues in designs and structural elements early in the process.
- Creative problem-solving skills to balance design vision with technical constraints.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing drawings, reviewing design plans, and ensuring compliance with standards.
