Job Description:

Studio Technician will be responsible to ensure the proper functioning of all studio equipment and

propose technical solutions to improve the gaming floor - product quality.

The ideal candidate shall regularly monitor all technical materials, request needed tools to make

sure that company’s standards are always in place.

Responsibilities:

• Act promptly to analyse and repair on any technical issues that happen in the gaming floor.
• Proactively assist, plan, and propose technical solutions to improve the quality of our gaming
• products.
• Install and monitor studio hardware (Cameras, Lighting, Cables, Audio systems) and any
• other related infrastructure.
• Follow the studio maintenance procedures.
• Regularly report on situations and issues encountered during the shift by using a ticketing
• system and creating shift reports to the Line Manager.
• Carry out any other duties that might be required from time to time according to the
• company’s exigencies.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems and strong carpentry skills to address any structural
• issues in the gaming floor.
• Comprehensive command of maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
