Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Audio-Visual (AV) Specialist to join our innovative team in Eeze. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining our video and audio systems to the highest standards. This role requires expertise in video and audio systems, ensuring their seamless operation through daily maintenance and oversight of all AV functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain various video systems and equipment, including keying and payout systems, cameras, and lighting setups.
• Adjusting keying parameters such as spill suppression, edge refinement, and color balance to ensure clean and accurate compositing.
• Troubleshooting keying issues such as improper lighting, uneven backgrounds, or transparency artifacts.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve audio and video issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend upgrades or improvements to AV systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with video systems, cameras, keying machines, and playout systems.
• Proficiency in video compression standards and tools (e.g., H.264, HEVC).
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and video production best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize video performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical findings and recommendations clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in online gambling or gaming industry.
• Understanding of interactive media and live streaming audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of video analytics and performance monitoring tools.
