Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to join our Integrations Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Integration Managers—who own the technical scoping and delivery—to manage the project lifecycle, drive collaboration across departments, and ensure operators are launched smoothly and on time. Your focus will be on visibility, accountability, and momentum: making sure everyone is aligned, blockers are cleared, and progress is transparent.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Own and manage the end-to-end delivery timeline for multiple operator integrations, ensuring projects stay on track from kick-off to go-live.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the glue between Integration Managers, internal teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, etc.), and external partners.
- Critical Path Management: Track dependencies, highlight blockers, and drive solutions to keep integrations moving forward.
- Visibility & Reporting: Own project documentation, status updates, and communication with stakeholders—ensuring clarity around progress, risks, and timelines.
- Process & Governance: Support standardization and continuous improvement of integration delivery processes. Produce and maintaining process templates and documentation
- Support Integration Managers: While the technical scope and execution are owned by Integration Managers, you will ensure they have the structure, support, and coordination needed to execute successfully.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that internal and external teams are regularly updated and aligned on key milestones and deliverables.
- Understand Business Objectives and drive integration outcomes: Ability to interpret business goals, understand the technical implications and drive successful integration outcomes for our customers.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or iGaming.
- Strong Coordination Skills: Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent Communicator: Able to translate updates and blockers across technical and non-technical teams.
- Process-Oriented: Skilled in managing timelines, trackers, and visibility tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive approach to working with Integration Managers and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and pushing for resolution
- Technology: High level understanding of API's and their technical applications across multiple systems.
- Qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Scope: Comfortable and proven track record working across multiple time zones and international teams
