Floor Operations Officer
The Floor Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the casino floor, ensuring smooth gameplay, compliance with operational procedures, and maintaining a high standard of service. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to handle escalations efficiently. The Floor Operations Officer plays a critical role in maintaining fairness, game integrity, and a positive player experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor live casino floor operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure game integrity by identifying and reporting any irregularities, technical issues, or suspicious activities.
• Evaluate the performance of game presenters and provide constructive feedback.
• Report problems or concerns to the Service Managers.
• Document incidents and outcomes by compiling detailed incident reports.
• Ensure the overall quality of games by enforcing operational standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving disputes on tables, addressing concerns from game presenters.
• Collaborate with the Service desk to troubleshoot and resolve any game-related issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying areas for operational enhancements.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties that might be required from time to time according to the company’s demands.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a monitoring role or similar role within the Live Casino Operations.
• In-depth understanding of live casino games, operations, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify irregularities and ensure game integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents and providing feedback.
• Proven ability to handle disputes and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented with leadership capabilities to guide and support game presenters
during the shift.
• Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency.
