Product Delivery Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Delivery Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects across our Live Casino and Game Show product lines. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless coordination between product, development, QA, studio, and compliance teams, driving projects from planning through to go-live. You will maintain complete oversight of project pipelines, timelines, and resources, ensuring all milestones are delivered on schedule and aligned with business goals.
Acting as the central point of contact for delivery updates, you will identify risks early, unblock issues, and ensure our products meet regulatory and quality standards across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and is passionate about optimizing delivery efficiency and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects across Live Casino and Game Show product lines, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Maintain full visibility on project pipelines, prioritisation, and resource allocation across teams.
- Own and maintain end-to-end project timelines and delivery calendars.
- Ensure milestones are clearly defined, communicated, and tracked using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Escalate delays early and proactively realign plans to minimise impact on business goals.
- Be the go-to person for up-to-date project status across product, development, QA, studio, and compliance teams.
- Provide weekly and monthly status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making by ensuring all stakeholders have accurate and timely information.
- Identify and mitigate project risks early.
- Proactively unblock blockers by coordinating across tech, compliance, design, and other teams.
- Align studio production schedules with software delivery timelines (e.g., game table go-live, testing, compliance sign-off).
- Work with leads to ensure pre-live environments are fully tested with all necessary approvals and sign-offs in place before go-live.
- Collaborate with Certification and Compliance teams to ensure games meet regulatory requirements in each target market (MGA, UKGC, Brazil, Sweeps, etc.).
- Create reusable templates for delivery checklists, milestone definitions, and go-live readiness.
- Run reviews after each major release to find issues and improve delivery speed.
- Support long-term resource and capacity planning with Product and Tech leads.
- Help balance workload distribution across parallel game projects while ensuring business continuity for live environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project or delivery management within iGaming, software, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of agile project delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MGA, UKGC, Brazil, Sweeps, etc.) for product launches.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product, tech, QA, compliance, and design.
